01Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. To access or use any portion of the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than eighteen. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

UncutFiction explicitly prohibits access by minors. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the required age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate that user's account without prior notice and without refund of any fees paid.

1.2 Legal Capacity

By using the Platform, you further represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (b) you are not prohibited by applicable law from accessing adult content; (c) accessing or viewing sexually explicit material is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform; and (d) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Platform.

1.3 Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to the Platform and its content is lawful in your jurisdiction. UncutFiction operates under the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Users in jurisdictions where adult content is restricted or prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. UncutFiction disclaims all liability for your use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is unlawful.

02Description of the Service

2.1 Platform Overview

UncutFiction is an adult fiction platform centered on AI-assisted story creation. The core experience is prompt-driven: users provide creative direction through prompts, and UncutFiction's AI systems produce narrative prose in response. Users may lightly edit the resulting text. The Platform also supports reading, community features, and optional manual writing, all subject to the applicable subscription tier and these Terms.

2.2 Prompt-Driven AI Content Generation

The primary mode of content creation on UncutFiction is prompt-driven AI generation. Users submit prompts, story parameters, and creative direction ("Prompts"), and the Platform's AI systems produce narrative prose blocks in response ("Generated Content"). Users may then make light manual edits to the Generated Content before it is saved or published. Regardless of the degree of manual editing, all content produced through this workflow — including any user edits to AI-generated prose — is considered AI-Assisted Content and is owned by UncutFiction LLC as described in Section 6. Users' Prompts do not constitute authorship of the resulting content.

2.3 Manual and Hybrid Content

Where the Platform permits users to submit wholly original, manually written content ("Manual Content"), such content is subject to a separate licensing framework described in Section 6.3. The Platform may also support hybrid works where substantial original prose written by a user is combined with AI-generated sections; ownership and licensing of such works will follow the framework in Section 6.4. All content, regardless of origin, must comply with the content standards in Section 5.

2.4 Subscription Tiers

The Platform offers a premium paid subscription tier ("Premium Subscription") that unlocks enhanced access to content, AI generation features, and other Platform capabilities. The scope of features available at each tier is determined by UncutFiction in its sole discretion and may change from time to time with reasonable notice. Free or limited-access modes, if made available, provide restricted functionality only.

03Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address and, where required for age verification, any additional identifying information we may request. You agree to keep your account information updated at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify UncutFiction immediately at contact@uncutfiction.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. UncutFiction will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may only maintain one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, content restriction, or subscription limitation is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts without refund.

3.4 Account Termination by User

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@uncutfiction.com. Upon account deletion, your access to the Platform will cease. UncutFiction may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

04Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscription

Access to Premium Subscription features requires payment of applicable fees as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. By subscribing, you authorize UncutFiction (or its designated payment processor) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees on a recurring basis.

4.2 Billing Cycles and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at purchase) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You acknowledge and agree that your subscription will continue to auto-renew and that your payment method will be charged unless you cancel in accordance with Section 4.4.

4.3 Price Changes

UncutFiction reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice of any price change via email or prominent notice on the Platform before the change takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use of the Platform following a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@uncutfiction.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Premium features through that date. UncutFiction does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

4.5 Refund Policy

All fees paid are generally non-refundable, except: (a) where required by applicable law; (b) where UncutFiction, in its sole discretion, determines a refund is warranted due to a documented platform error or service failure. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the charge to contact@uncutfiction.com.

4.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, UncutFiction may suspend your access to Premium features until payment is successfully processed. We may retry failed charges in accordance with our payment processor's policies. Accounts with persistent payment failures may be downgraded or suspended.

4.7 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies arising from your use of the Platform, except for taxes on UncutFiction's net income. Where required by law, UncutFiction may collect and remit applicable sales or VAT taxes on subscriptions.

05Content Standards and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Content Philosophy

UncutFiction is an adult fiction platform committed to supporting creative expression within clearly defined legal and ethical boundaries. Our content standards are designed to protect users, third parties, and the integrity of the Platform, while preserving maximum latitude for adult creative fiction between consenting adult participants.

5.2 Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Platform under all circumstances. Violations will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and where required by law, reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Any content that sexually depicts, suggests, or implies the involvement of minors (persons under 18 years of age), regardless of whether characters are explicitly stated to be of legal age if context, narrative, or framing suggests otherwise. All characters involved in sexual scenarios must be unambiguously portrayed as adults.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, including photographic, illustrated, written, or AI-generated depictions of child sexual abuse. UncutFiction will report any such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
• Content depicting, describing, or referencing real, identifiable individuals in sexual, romantic, or intimate scenarios — including public figures, celebrities, politicians, or private individuals. All characters on UncutFiction must be original fictional creations.
• Snuff content, or content that depicts graphic, gratuitous violence — including torture, mutilation, murder, or extreme gore — combined with sexual content or presented in a sexualized context.
• Content depicting sexual acts with animals (bestiality), whether involving real animals or fantastical/supernatural animal-like creatures where the sexual element is primary.
• Content that constitutes, facilitates, or promotes actual (non-fictional) illegal activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, or solicitation of illegal acts.
• Malware, phishing content, unauthorized advertisements, spam, or any technically harmful materials.

5.3 User Conduct

In addition to content standards, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or UncutFiction's systems or networks.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Platform without express written permission from UncutFiction.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Platform, including age verification or access controls.
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by UncutFiction, including reselling access or redistributing content.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform except where expressly permitted by UncutFiction's API terms.

5.4 Content Moderation

UncutFiction employs a combination of automated moderation systems and human review to enforce content standards. We do not guarantee that all content on the Platform will be reviewed prior to publication; however, we reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content at any time in our sole discretion. Moderation decisions are final unless successfully appealed per Section 5.5.

5.5 Reporting and Appeals

Users may report content believed to violate these Terms by using the in-platform reporting tool or by contacting contact@uncutfiction.com. UncutFiction will review reports in good faith and take appropriate action. Users whose content is removed may submit an appeal to contact@uncutfiction.com within fourteen (14) days of removal. UncutFiction will endeavor to respond to appeals within ten (10) business days. Appeal decisions are final.

06Intellectual Property

6.1 UncutFiction Platform Ownership

The Platform, including its software, design, interface, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and all proprietary technology, is owned by UncutFiction LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform.

6.2 AI-Assisted Content Ownership

All content produced through UncutFiction's AI generation workflow — including Generated Content produced in response to user Prompts, and any version of that content subsequently edited by a user — is collectively referred to as "AI-Assisted Content" and is the exclusive property of UncutFiction LLC. This is true regardless of the length, nature, or creative specificity of the Prompt provided, and regardless of the extent of any manual edits applied to the AI output thereafter.

You acknowledge that under current United States copyright law, AI-generated output lacks the human authorship required for copyright protection, and that the addition of light editing to AI-generated prose does not, by itself, create a copyrightable work vested in the editing user. UncutFiction claims ownership of all AI-Assisted Content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and asserts any rights that may arise from the selection, arrangement, and curation of such content as a collective work. You may read, save for personal use, and share links to AI-Assisted Content as permitted by the Platform, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell, or sublicense such content without UncutFiction's express written consent.

6.3 Manual Content License

Where a user submits wholly original, manually written content to the Platform without use of the AI generation system ("Manual Content"), the user retains copyright ownership of that Manual Content. By submitting Manual Content, you grant UncutFiction LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and technical purposes), display, and distribute your Manual Content on and through the Platform. This license continues for as long as your Manual Content remains on the Platform and terminates upon its deletion or account closure, except to the extent the content has been incorporated into aggregated or anonymized Platform data that cannot be reasonably disaggregated.

6.4 Hybrid Content

Content that combines AI-generated prose with substantial original writing by a user ("Hybrid Content") presents a mixed authorship situation. For the avoidance of doubt: (a) any portion of Hybrid Content that originated as AI output, including lightly edited AI output, is AI-Assisted Content owned by UncutFiction; (b) any portion that constitutes independently copyrightable original expression authored solely by the user, clearly separable from the AI-generated portions, may be subject to the user's copyright claim; and (c) where portions cannot be clearly distinguished, ownership defaults to UncutFiction LLC. Users who wish to claim copyright in separable original portions of Hybrid Content must be able to identify and substantiate the human-authored portions. UncutFiction accepts no obligation to proactively identify or segregate user-authored portions of Hybrid Content.

6.5 Representations Regarding Content

By submitting any content to the Platform — whether Manual Content, Hybrid Content, or Prompts — you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to submit such content and to grant the licenses described in this Section; (b) the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) the content complies with these Terms; and (d) all characters depicted in any sexual scenarios are wholly fictional and unambiguously adults. You further acknowledge that by submitting Prompts to the AI generation system, you are not claiming authorship of the resulting Generated Content.

6.6 Copyright Infringement / DMCA

UncutFiction respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all required DMCA elements to:

Counter-notifications may be submitted per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with UncutFiction's repeat-infringer policy.

07Privacy and Data

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by UncutFiction's Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Age Verification Data

UncutFiction may collect and process information for the purpose of verifying user age. Such data is handled with heightened care and is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell age verification data to third parties.

7.3 Sensitive Data

You acknowledge that your use of an adult content platform may constitute sensitive personal data in certain jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of such data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

7.4 GDPR and International Users

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, please review the International Users section of our Privacy Policy for information about your specific rights and how we process your data. UncutFiction processes data of international users in compliance with applicable data transfer mechanisms.

08Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, payment processors, or external websites. UncutFiction does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Links to third-party sites do not constitute endorsement by UncutFiction. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by those parties' terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UncutFiction LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content; (d) your violation of any third-party rights; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, the Platform, or your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law provisions.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact UncutFiction at contact@uncutfiction.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days. UncutFiction will similarly attempt informal resolution of any claims it may have against you.

10.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you and UncutFiction agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, or by video conference if mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

10.5 Exception for Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including to protect intellectual property rights or enforce content standards.

10.6 Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or be forever barred, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by UncutFiction

UncutFiction reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to pay applicable fees, or conduct that UncutFiction determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Platform ceases immediately; (b) any licenses granted to you under these Terms are revoked; (c) UncutFiction may delete your account data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Sections 6, 9, 10, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination.

11.3 No Refund on Termination for Cause

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees. If UncutFiction terminates your account without cause, you will be entitled to a prorated refund of prepaid but unused subscription fees.

12Changes to the Terms

UncutFiction reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by: (a) posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date; and (b) sending an email to the address associated with your account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor or non-material changes may be made without individual notice and will be effective upon posting.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

13Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UncutFiction LLC with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

UncutFiction's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by UncutFiction. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any subsequent breach.

13.4 No Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without UncutFiction's prior written consent. UncutFiction may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets.

13.5 Force Majeure

UncutFiction shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, labor disputes, power outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
